If you haven’t yet gotten your hands-on the iPhone, the iPod Touch would be the next best thing. Jason Chen provides us with a hands-on gallery. First picture in gallery. Pre-order today.

It looks the same as it did when we saw it last Wednesday—sexy and thin—but now we have the added bonus of photographing it on our own desks

These nifty Bi-Color LED Candles from ThinkGeek “are solid wax (except for some electronics) and feature a natural-looking, flickering light just like normal candles, but they have a couple of extra techno enhanced powers.” Video after the break.

All you have to do is use the master on/off switch on the bottom, and these candles will turn on and off with just a puff at the “flame”. Even better, each candle has a switch to select either a cool blue flame, or a more realistic yellowish flame

At first glance, this USB Pedometer may look like you’re wearing a mini target, but in reality, it’s a fully functional pedometer that can store up to three days worth of steps. First picture in gallery. Available early November, priced at $17. Product page.

Through your data, the software can chart your outcome, view the calories burned and details on your daily activies. You can get easily to control your weight by this Pedometer and no over weight anymore

Remember that Ferrari 360 Modena stretch limo from yesterday? Now you can see it on video. Continue reading to watch. First picture in gallery.

Between each pair of seats is a 10-inch flat screen monitor which relays images from cameras mounted on the outside of the vehicle. A six speaker surround sound system and slimline DVD have also been built in. Surprisingly, the car returns an average of 15mpg on the motorway and costs only £1,800 a year to comprehensively insure for passenger carrying duties

ScrewAttack takes a look back at Rastan, an arcade game where players control “a barbarian who has to cross a number of levels and defeat monsters.” Video after the break.

Rastan Saga is a platform game, originally released by Taito Corporation in 1987 for the arcade hall. The game is known simply as Rastan in the United States and Europe. The game’s background graphics featured broad landscapes, not earlier seen in video games in such detail and clarity

As at least two members of the Engadget staff can attest to, the Dreamcast was a totally bodacious system — one which has been surprisingly kept alive well past its cancelation from commercial sale by a core group of terrifically dedicated gamers and home-brewers. You’d think that a system which was discontinued in 2001 (though Sega did start selling refurbished units in 2006) would have run out of tricks… but you would be wrong. Some DC-fanboys just discovered an eBay auction for a prototype Iomega Dreamcast Zip Drive, an add-on that was clearly just on the brink of making it to market. The unit would have sat beneath the system and interfaced via the DC’s expansion port, providing 100MB of storage (per disc) of your precious Shenmue and Code Veronica save-states. Listen, it’s not too late to own this piece of Dreamcast history, though we can’t promise we won’t be desperately trying to outbid you. Oh, by the way, the starting price is $10,000.

Office Depot Featured Gadget: Xbox 360 Platinum System Packs the power to bring games to life!

Sure, you love your Nintendo DS. It’s light, it fits in your pocket, and you can play it wherever you go, whenever you want… right? Well, wouldn’t it be a little cooler if it were super-huge and you had to push two full-size kitchen tables together just to put it down somewhere? Okay, maybe we’re exaggerating a little bit, but still, this mod from some DS enthusiasts is a huge — literally and figuratively. Using two tablet PCs and some type of interface which allows the game system to be controlled by / displayed on the larger screens, these DS fans have created the ultimate antithesis to the original system — for no apparent reason other than the fact that they could. Check the video after the break to see the madness in action.

[Thanks, J]

For all you fashion plates and bon vivants (and also little boys and girls), we don’t want you to forget that Microsoft is introducing two new colors into its multi-hued, wireless, Xbox 360 controller-world on October 2nd: blue and pastel pink. The weird thing here is that in Japan, a baby blue version of the controller will be available (as pictured), but apparently the Xbox team doesn’t seem to think the market in the States is ready for such a bold color choice. Regardless, if you really need to get the lighter color, you can plan for the Japanese release date of November 1st.

Following up on the original Cordless MediaBoard, Logitech has recently unveiled the Bluetooth-enabled MediaBoard Pro and tossed in the Cordless Vantage Headset for good measure. These PS3 peripherals make chatting it up whilst gaming quite an easy feat, and while the rechargeable headset provides “an ambidextrous behind-the-head design and an adjustable noise canceling microphone,” the MediaBoard Pro sports a piano black finish, a dedicated Menu button, and of course, the circle / square / X / triangle buttons as well. As for the headset (shown after the break), expect it to land this November in the US (December for Europe) for $79.99, while the new ‘board should hit both markets in October for the same price.

Now that you’ve gone and pre-ordered Rock Band, here’s a tidbit about what will actually be included. According to Harmonix CEO Alex Rigopulos, the guitar that comes bundled in with the Xbox 360 version will not be wireless, as he reportedly states that “the cost of wireless technology on the Microsoft side is higher.” Notably, the PS3 bundle will indeed include a wireless axe, and before you get too riled up, Xbox 360 users will still be able to purchase a wireless shredder separately if it’s a make-or-break scenario for ya. Oh, and the drums and microphone will be wired on both platforms, but Xbox 360 buyers will purportedly get a USB hub thrown in to hook it all up.
